These terms apply when you use theshirayuki.com or buy from Shirayuki. By placing an order you agree to them.
Made-to-measure orders
Each piece is stitched to the measurements you enter when ordering. You are responsible for the accuracy of those measurements. Our Refund & Alteration Policy explains what happens if a piece does not match them.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Payment is taken at checkout, or on delivery for cash-on-delivery orders (₹49 fee). We may correct a price shown in error before we accept your order.
Delivery
Delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy. They are estimates and may change because of courier delays or events outside our control.
Product images and colour
We photograph our pieces carefully, but colours can look slightly different on different screens.

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
