Every Shirayuki piece is made to measure: we cut and stitch it for one person, from the measurements that person sends us. Because of this, our policy is different from a ready-to-wear store.
No exchanges or returns
Made-to-measure pieces cannot be exchanged or returned, and all sales are final. Please take your measurements carefully, following the "How to measure" guide on each product page.
Free alteration
If your piece does not match the measurements you gave us, we will alter it or remake it free of charge. To ask for an alteration, contact us through our contact page with your order number, the measurement that is off and a photo of the piece laid flat with a measuring tape.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Once cutting has started, an order cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved (for example, for an order cancelled before cutting starts), it is paid back to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer. The ₹49 cash-on-delivery fee is not refundable.
